@WeAreTotum my totum ID card has stopped taking 10% off my Co op shopping for some reason. Staff say it shows up on the till, but it doesn't reduce the subtotal. Can you help? It's still in date.

@vinted let me check I’ve got this right - you allow sellers to list things incorrectly and mislead buyers, then when the buyer flags they have been mis-sold, you expect the BUYER to pay the return shipping? Sounds like you’re favouring sellers here and allowing issues.
