Kudos to all women and amazing surgeons Rarest birth you’ll ever see 👀
This baby was born completely inside the intact amniotic sac and still floating in the protective fluid, as in the womb.
Doctors call it “En Caul” birth. It happens in less than 1 in 80,000 deliveries.
A true miracle of nature! The baby stayed safe and calm until the sac was gently opened. Nature is absolutely incredible. ❤️

This is laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery.
The big screen shows the live internal view through a small camera inserted via tiny incisions. The surgeons are carefully working inside the abdomen using special instruments.
It’s not showing a perforation — it’s the surgical field during the procedure. These minimally invasive techniques help patients recover faster with less pain and smaller scars.
Appreciate your question!

A great question, Pharm. This looks more like a laparoscopic gastrointestinal or abdominal procedure such as colectomy (bowel resection), bowel anastomosis or repair, complex hernia repair with intra-abdominal work, or another intra-abdominal resection or adhesiolysis.
The port placement and tissue appearance are very typical for these. These are common examples of modern minimally invasive surgery that save lives while leaving much smaller scars.

Not every scar tells a story of pain—some tell a story of survival.❤️
Behind every successful surgery are hours of skill, teamwork, and life-saving decisions that most people never see.
To every surgeon, anesthetist, nurse, and healthcare worker who fights to give patients another chance at life: thank you.
Health is a gift. Never take it for granted.

I decided to go with a different scent of my dove air spray just for a change in smell and got the “oat milk and Vanilla” scent. And then I realized it’s a deodorant not an antiperspirant 😩🥹. I didn’t check well. Thank God the other one isn’t finished yet ☹️.
I prefer the antiperspirant cos I honestly don’t like to sweat at all 🌝.
But the deodorant smells nice 😊, it’s giving Vanilla yoghurt/custard with milk vibe. I smell like food 😅.
I will just keep the two and layer it, but will that not be wastage? 🧐.

6 hours straight. One doctor. One baby’s life. When others gave up, this doctor kept bagging an infant from 11pm till 5am with an AMBU bag.
Heroes don’t always wear capes.
God bless every doctor who fights when others don't see it.

RT @dokitawaa: ⚠️ Imagine carrying a stone inside your bladder every single day.
Every step hurts.
Every attempt to urinate can feel like…

The baby was born healthy but a harmless-looking advice almost cost him his life. The ending will shock you.
The grandmother smiled and said, “Remove all yellow clothes from this house. Yellow can make the baby’s eyes turn yellow.”
Everyone believed her.
Then the baby’s eyes became yellow.
They didn’t rush to the hospital because they were told it was caused by yellow clothes.
Another person said, “Give the baby pawpaw water, it will clear.”
They waited.
But the baby kept becoming weaker.
What happened next shocked the family…
Because the yellow colour was not from the clothes.
It was jaundice.
And while some newborn jaundice can be mild, some cases can become dangerous when treatment is delayed.
The saddest part?
The family was not trying to harm the baby. They were following what they had been told for years.
But in medicine, a belief passed down for generations can still be wrong.
A yellow cloth did not make the baby sick.
Pawpaw water did not treat the problem.
The delay almost did the damage.
Many families have stories like this. Some ended well, some ended in tears.
The lesson is not to disrespect our elders or culture, but to combine wisdom with science.
Because when it comes to a newborn, every decision matters.
Sometimes the most dangerous thing is not the illness itself, but the wrong information we believe about it.

In the quiet scrutiny of a single prescription lies the loudest call for sanity in healthcare: when three ACE inhibitors whisper together on paper, it's not synergy—it's a siren for vigilance.
As pharmacists, we don't just dispense drugs; we safeguard lives.
Let's demand better.
