@YWHelp @dannielle_fores Why is the water brown? I don't want to wash myself or my dishes with it, even after boiling! I'm buying bottled water to make tea. How can dirty brown water be safe?

@dannielle_fores Hi, The water supply in Goole meets our usual high standards. We have been sampling the water to check, and there is no concern around the water quality.

@YWHelp @Laura3mitchell My water is BROWN this morning, would you fancy brushing your teeth or bathing in that??? I have a mere trickle of water, a machine load of washing which got stuck yesterday as it wouldn't work due to low pressure. My boiler won't work and I haven't had a bath in a week!

@Laura3mitchell Hi Laura, The repair is still in progress. We’re balancing our network as best we can to improve water pressures and hope to have it back to normal as soon as possible. We have been sampling the water to check, and there is no concern around the water quality.

@YWHelp Let me guess how Yorkshire Water thinks... "..So you're not using much water.. At least if you're on a meter you'll save a few quid." Meanwhile they'll still award themselves a hefty bonus at the end of the year.
