@medify been charged for the membership on 3rd month when I shouldn’t have been as that was the day my son had already sat his UCAT exam. Can you kindly refund the money back. I have sent several emails but no response.

@Msfarr379 Hi, I can confirm that a receipt is automatically emailed each month from the payment system 'Stripe' and all records will appear in your payment history - hope that helps.

@medify Hi Medify Team, a quick question about monthly subscriptions: do you receive an email payment receipt every month, or just one at the beginning and does every monthly payment appear in your Medify payment history, or just the first one? Thanks.

@medify Hi, Medify introduced subscription system in ‘24, I understand the logic for monthly, weekly subscriptions. However for annual payment, default renewal doesn’t make sense :UCAT season is annual. Could you do like Medentry and make the annual fee as one-off payment only?

@babuanand Thank you for letting us know, I can confirm that we are looking into the issue of the missed email. Interesting that you do not see the Chat Icon on all of the pages, I wonder if it is an issue with your system as it is there.

@medify I managed to get hold of one of your person on the chat. I showed the mail that I wrote to your help mail. He acknowledged that there is a flaw in your system and he missed reading my mail.
