@BarclaysUK Hi Liam, I phoned that number but that wasn't the fraud team either. I was passed to 9 different people in various call centres (cards, wealth, corporate, private etc. etc.) until I finally landed with the right person. I think that error message needs updating urgently.

@BarclaysUK Hi there, I am getting an ECI5 error when trying to buy some airline tickets. The error message gives me a number to contact but a recorded message tells me that this number is no longer in use and I should call another one. However, that is not the right one either.

@CurzonCinemas (Oxford) just watching the climax of act 2 in your screening of @MetOpera and the stupid projector cuts out. The manager says it's no big deal. The whole audience disagrees. I think you need to do better.
