I used to be so high functioning. Woke up and ran 5 miles 5 days a week and still hit the gym at least 4 days as well. Top performer at work, maintaining great grades. Healthy relationships and social life. Prioritized self care to the point I took a monthly mental health day just to pamper myself. Those days I was peak Michael but I refuse to believe that was my peak overall. What happened? And more importantly how do I get back there? 🙇🏽‍♂️
