@UrbanMuseWriter I am the night owl (not HR/mgmt), but we don't really have an official flex time policy. Management has been flexible with me because I have had intermittent FMLA & they understand I am chronically ill whether I'm current on FMLA approval or not. That's probably a different story

@UrbanMuseWriter @billcom and that is why I only accepted a revised PO or a screenshot of their system showing our remit address was updated so we would actually get paid. Excellent suggestion on adding a verification process @UrbanMuseWriter!

@UrbanMuseWriter @billcom We had DBA names that were variations of our customer's names that we used to sell their products, but we were entirely separately companies. There were times I had to call A/R myself (our sales guys had IT contacts) and send our W9 so they could see our tax ID was different.

@KCDavisSays I just finished reading this book and it felt like a hug. I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2020 at age 40. This book was so accessible and affirming. I gushed about it to my therapist and he said he's going to buy it too.

Sneak peak at the first page of my book. No point in writing a book for the overwhelmed and the neurodivergent reader if they can't read it.

@kisscrafter I was lamenting that because in a lot of author presentations they talk about that. It's great info for authors and kids to know it takes a lot of work. I love seeing it, but my version will be "a bunch of revisions" some living on now dead devices. #ADHDProblems (3/3)

@kisscrafter Thank you so much for this whole thread. I'm still working on the agent/publisher part, but I was diagnosed with ADHD at the end of 2020. Even if I wanted to keep quiet about it I would not be able to. (1/2?)

@kisscrafter I was lamenting the other day about how I will probably never accurately know how long or how many drafts it took me to get to the finished project. I do save as drafts for revisions, but whether I save them accurately in order is a crapshoot because ADHD. (2/3?)
