Former High Museum COO Brady Lum has been charged with a federal crime for allegedly stealing more than $600,000 from the museum. He has pleaded not guilty, and the case is now moving forward in court.

@commcenterpod You’re really good at this. I’ve never seen a non-lawyer break down legal concepts so well. I encourage law students to watch the entire oral argument and see the difference between great appellate oral advocacy from @ASFleischman and the opposite of that from the State.

I made a plain-English explainer of the Georgia Supreme Court hearing in the Hannah Payne case. I was in the courtroom. No legal jargon. Just three questions and what the justices actually said. Including the court order that dropped very soon after. Link in reply👇🏼
