#TexasVHorner. Looks like we are going to hear jailhouse phone calls next. #TannerHorner tells the person on the other end of the phone that he accidentally ran #AthenaStrand over. It sounds like his mother. She asks did Athena die on her own. He says no. Next call starts 3 minutes into the call. Defense objects to starting the call late. Judge orders the call to be played from the beginning. General chit chat with I believe to be his mother. It’s difficult to hear what she’s saying. He’s telling her about his lawyers. Too much laughter from him IMO. He’s telling his mom he’s been off his meds for 2 weeks. Now he’s crying to mom. Mom is coddling him. Very difficult to understand. I can see that Horner has his head in his hands during these calls. Crying that he wants to see his son. This phone call is going on forever. Court is in recess #Justice4Athena
