Hi @cassidytravel phoned x2 sent x2 emails and no response, booked our trip for the rugby world cup 1 year ago, paid a fortune + picked our flights for a later flight on sunday, cassidy travel changed our flights by 10 hours with no warning, this needs to be resolved today

@cassidytravel I have been on hold for the last 1hr 30 minutes looking to speak to an agent about a change to our flights - our break has been reduced by 12 hours completely unacceptable and ruining our plans in Paris - not quite what I would call award winning travel company

@cassidytravel I’ve been on hold to your number for 2hours this morning only to be cut off. Our flights for Paris this weekend have changed by 12 hours arriving now Sat morning instead of Friday with no explanation - this is really poor customer service #cassidytravel
