Travelling in India is now a joint venture between airlines, fate, and whatever card gives you free snacks. Fingers crossed for the rest of my journey. 🤞😅

After 2 cancelled flights, a 2.5 hr delay in Mumbai, and enough waiting to unlock inner peace, I’m convinced of one thing: @IndiGo6E got the IRCTC energy 🙊 While I’m still travelling on hope and airport oxygen, here’s some Indigo survival wisdom for this week

And yes, free promotion for my @getscapia card — the unlimited lounge access absolutely saved me in both Kochi and Mumbai. At this point the lounges feel more like home than my home. 🛋️✨

Pro tip: don’t web check-in. When Indigo rescheduled my flight twice, my web check-in meant I was forced to take the new flight and wait a whole extra day — unless I went to the airport just to de-check-in. Without it, I could’ve made a Plan B from home. 😅✈️

2. Go to the airport and ask them to book you on your Plan B. There are often seats on routes not found in my ticket, their system, or any known dimension.

1. If your flight keeps getting delayed/cancelled, build your own Plan B routes. Indigo suggested a 23.5-hour layover in HYD, technically not a full day yet😕

The @TinkerHub tech community changed my life in many ways. I met the best people, including CTOs of Billion Dollar companies(No kidding!) , top contributors to Machine Learning frameworks like Keras, Founders, Community Managers, students, and many more. If you're also interested in tech, no matter what your background is, Tinkerhub would give a great kickstart to your journey! - @gksoriginals was my first mentor who brought me to communities like Tinkerhub, introduced me to people, and made sure that I am on the right track. Always indebted to my man for helping me with the baby steps. - I joined the WhatsApp group, which, at the time had a limit of 256 people. The discussions happening were massively helpful, as they had opinions and discourses from all levels of people, from students to hardcore tech enthusiasts and smart business minds. Now they have a community of 15,000 people in Discord. - The mission was to make technology learning FREE and accessible. They also focus on multiple levels, even helping people from non-tech backgrounds to transition to tech, and also have women-in-tech initiatives. - If you're a fresher and doubtful about where to find others who are on a similar journey, and need advice, Tinkerhub is definitely a great start! Stats of India@Stats_of_India

We are at the final steps of setting up TinkerSpace - Collaborative learning space at Kochi. We want to create a wifi access control system like a Captive portals. We are looking for open source / least expensive alternatives with APIs to generate user credentials from our apps.

@meharmp Hi, Project OpenWrt and pfSense is a good opensource project that manage networks, firewall and can be configured as Captive Portal.
