@mekostuff_ nope, this object’s only purpose is to hold an audio stream that’s created to play a song and then delete the stream when the song is stopped. the only times it’s ever called by the game is when starting music and stopping music

for some reason in chapter 1 exclusively one of the objects deltarune uses to handle audio streaming is programmed to teleport around kris's head constantly lmao. the object's sprite is the soul so it looks like the soul bugging the shit out of kris

@drunkenspidervr @clearfails @AreCadencing @yggdrasilsaltar ii really dont see this point... chapter 1 is generally just super visually unimpressing compared to later chapters, and not even as a result of a game design quirk that shows the characters developing; it's an issue with the fact the game has been in development for 8-ish years

@drunkenspidervr @clearfails @AreCadencing @yggdrasilsaltar i think the issue is visual quality, not character progression - chapter 1 does undeniably look a bit bad in comparison to later chapter areas
