What a day, busy at work and you receive the email, your results for PNA level 7 is able to be reviewed. Heart was pounding, I am so happy, 80% and amazing feedback. Proud of myself today 👏 well done to everyone on my PNA course ❤️

What a week this week…. 3 new starters in our unit and they have absolutely fitted in so well. The feedback from them about the team has blown me away. All saying how welcomed they have felt and that we are like a family. I am one happy manager, I love my job and love my teams

What a day today, staff sickness in my units today, every single member of my team worked so hard to keep every patient safe, supported through their journey and I am proud of every single one of them. Staff came in on days off to support and I am so blessed to work with them ❤️

Day off today for me… being a leader is so important we self care, Hairdressers’s today and gym later is my day off. My new downtime is the gym and I can honestly say it is so good for mental health. I get to escape work, life. Please everyone find your self care and focus as I have learnt it is so beneficial for me ❤️

My teams are absolutely amazing ❤️ every day you amaze me, short staffed, extremely busy with clinics and emergencies, I drop into the numbers, everyone and I mean everyone pulls together to ensure compassionate, safe and quality care is provided. Debrief at the end of the shift, with a big heart felt thank you ❤️ I can not ask for anymore. The teams passion for women’s health is extrodinary… don’t ever change ❤️ #teamgynae
