I’m simply asking for a fair review by a real person. Sellers shouldn’t be penalized for errors caused by the platform itself.

I submitted a dispute explaining exactly what happened, but it was denied without addressing the issue. To make things worse, the decision came from a no-reply email, so I can’t even respond or provide additional information.
