I never got around to sharing the designs I didn't submit for the competition. They were all half baked, but I've cleaned them up so you get an idea of the thought process over those two days that led to Cactus Man's design.

@melonnation1 @number1dumb1ss Living proof that the smash interpretation has done insane damage to his image. Mega Man has always had a personality. He's not a robotic blank slate character like smash misleads everyone to believe. He is perfectly capable of emoting unlike his smash counterpart.

@RichieGonzo21 @melonnation1 @number1dumb1ss It's not just Smash. Aside from some notable exceptions, Mega Man's personality is rarely shown in the games. Even MM11 is more about Dr. Light and Dr. Wily than Mega Man himself.
