@JUST_LUK7N @AtkGear I think it's just a direct reposition of the y-axis coordinate of the sensor, virtually.

@mem_ry @AtkGear Wait so that means that you can just tilt the sensor to match your grip angle?

NO WAY🤯ATK ACTUALLY DID IT "Section 1: Sensor Virtual Offset" "By adjusting the virtual center position of the mouse sensor, the cursor trajectory better matches your real grip and flicking habits, restoring a more natural and intuitive control feel." "(Diagram shows the mouse with a green sensor dot and a vertical slider adjustable from -100 to +100, labeled “Default” at the center.)"

"and it's still the best tracking aim improvement guide on YouTube" 759 views 10 subscribers What is there to take seriously, again? You're illogical af, and decided it was ok to advertise your bullshit under my post.. cause you saw I was going to get views, thinking you in turn would benefit from it. You need a reality check.

@mem_ry @AtkGear I don't take you seriously. Either you are trolling or you're just angry and bored. This devolved into a typical Twitter interaction quickly. Thanks for the original questions before you went off the rails. I'll add some of that to the FAQ on the site. Much appreciated

You yourself don't even take it seriously. Logic trumps the "optimization" you continue to yap. Mouse to mousepad. Doesn't matter what angles you introduce.. a mousepad will always be a flat plane. A sensor reads motion when it's level to that plane, our arms have to adhere to that plane, and hand adhered to the mouse.. to enable it to function correctly.

You haven't convinced anyone of anything. You have no actual product, and use sheets of paper for offsetting the angle of a mousepad. Not to mention, standard sized sheets of paper.. to offset the middle of a pad. A cloth pad. You say you have a patent (on your site/essay), but failed to provide such. "Angles of zero" No angles matter at all, in regard to your optimizing opinions. The ONLY angle that matters, of which always "equals zero" (level) by default, is the mouse/sensor on the pad. The pad itself is the zero.

There are no combinations of words that I can put here that will convince you of anything. I can tell by your tone that you aren't going to do anything but argue. Welcome to Twitter I guess. Imagine just testing it and telling the world what you found. Positive, negative, or otherwise. But here is the answer to the question that you asked... Five years from now, aimers will understand that just a flat desk with a flat mousepad does not produce a total angle of zero degrees. All of those other lengths and heights that you just mentioned introduce additional angles that have to be accounted for to produce a total of zero. You are statistically more likely to win the lottery this week than to have all of your current angles just add up to zero on their own without any modification needed. My previous streaming testers tested with glass mousepads because that was one of the most frequently asked questions. Worked fine. The instruction video I linked talked about the need to brace the surface if it moves. You could always adjust a glass deskpad that has big grippy feet on it and set your glass mousepad on it. That's what one of the testers did.

How would you know my current setup is at a slightly incorrect angle.. when I've never showed you, or anyone for that matter? You don't know my desk height, my chair height, my torso length in regards to both those heights, thickness & position of my mousepad, etc. "Optimizing angle reduces strain" has nothing to do with aiming naturally, and makes no sense as a reason for. You're introducing unnatural physical positioning of your forearm. Not to mention, for the people who use glass pads, with enough of an upward angle that you're suggesting.. will result in not being able to rest your mouse on the pad, without it sliding forward and off the pad/desk.

@mem_ry @AtkGear Imagine if you tested it to find out. I'd love informed feedback. Your current setup is at a slightly incorrect angle, which means you have to contort sometimes to maintain tracking accuracy on moving targets. Optimizing angle reduces strain because you can always aim naturally.

Adjusting elevation (upward) of your mousepad at odd angles (not level/parallel) to the desk.. I don't really believe would help at all. If anything you're going to increase the strain on your shoulder & muscles in your arm. Just get a DELTAHUB Carpio G2.0🤷

@maimai_X3 「仮想オフセット」「仮想中心位置」って言い回し的に物理じゃなくてソフトウェアとかセンサー側でセンサー位置を動かしたことにする的な技術だったりしません?原理は微塵もわからないけど

@masterwoo_ @AtkGear Oh, me too. I heard G-Wolves tried and ended up not using it, but we'll see how ATK does with it👍 Hopefully other companies do the same.

@mem_ry @AtkGear That’s kinda insane tbh I hope it remains accurate and doesn’t increase latency and drain the battery.

@IKYFP Oh, yea.. for sure! We're technically experiencing that shift, as we speak. It really all depends on what each company wants to incorporate with their mice, in regards to which MCU they choose. Each have their pros & cons.. but yea the 54L's & 54H20 are the latest so far.

@mem_ry This is a translation error. I'm wondering if it might be difficult to incorporate MCUs like Razer or sorav3 because a generational shift in MCUs seems to be on the horizon.

@IKYFP I believe you can only swap from the same series.. so you wouldn't be able to take this 54L15 out and swap it with the 54H20. But I'm not a hardware/PCB engineer, so.. not saying that modding isn't capable.

@mem_ry 49g without the skate (measured weight). If I could just swap out the MCU, it would be perfect. I wonder if it would be difficult to install an MCU like the ones used in the Razer or Sora V3.

@uNleashed_jp I mean.. I wouldn't say that, entirely. Just the fact that you're one to push the idea along, certainly helped for its existence now. Although, I know that G-Wolves tried it as well.

@mem_ry @AtkGear Now just imagine something like a Fenrir series release using this tech + the upcoming Logitech HITS-like switches coming out of China in the near future. Anyone who has said they're bored with the plateau in mouse tech in recent years is gonna have to suit back up. Wow.
