Before playing a 2D or 3D game, you calibrate it to optimize your desk setup/mousing surface. Completing this process *tremendously* improves mouse precision and aim consistency in-game. A few things to know... - The purpose of the device is to adjust a physical property that was previously not known to influence mouse aim. - The current proof-of-concept prototype uses no software. - The first of many patents for the device was just issued. Please check out the gameplay video at the bottom of this post, captured while testing the barebones Aim Tuner prototype. How should I get the word out about this new device to measure interest? Should I post longer gameplay videos? Should I ask some streamers to try it out and share their results? Should I ask a few mouse aim tech gurus on YouTube to test the prototype and tell the world whether it is legit or not? Is there some other way I should go about it? What do you suggest? @OptimumTechYT @boardzyxd @StruthGaming @RocketJumpNinja @emonggtv @Flats_OW (All gameplay is from the same tester, using the same computer and desk setup, with the same sensitivity and settings. The only difference between clips is the use of the Aim Tuner surface.)

@Rhyme_VT I've seen so many streamers running configs that make their game look Quake 3 era. Playing hitscan heroes at well over 300 fps while trying to act like the stark unfair visual contrast wasn't really what they were trying to achieve. At 300 fps w/ normal visuals, they can't aim

You can apparently DISABLE Marvel Rivals ANTI-CHEAT using a steam launch option?!?!?!? So many cheaters in queue right now, wonder if this is the reason why? Cheaters in my game wrote this in chat: Open Steam and put in Marvel Rivals Launch args cmd/min/c "set__COMPAT_LAYER=RUNASINVOKER && ST" No idea if this works. It apparently force disables UAC. If so can we please get this fixed? Cheaters are EVERYWHERE the last week for some reason. Hate to give exposure but I've already reported everywhere I can, so twitter is the only option left.

Game: Valorant AC: Vanguard (VGK) Today’s Vanguard anti-cheat update blocked the majority of DMA firmwares using SATA/NVMe. VGK suddenly triggered an IOMMU restart warning in-game, after which the DMA firmware becomes completely unusable, even without the game running or after uninstalling Vanguard. Only fix is a full OS reinstall. It’s using IOMMU to create read blocks, which permanently breaks the majority of almost all SATA/NVMe firmwares once triggered. Even the advanced H2-board got affected. Confirmed Firmware Block wave by @ItsGamerDoc

Making a video on this anticheat stuff. As much as people fear monger it nothing here actually damages your system. You can reinstall windows and get access to your cheat hardware. I wouldn’t stress about false positives on normal systems and even VM systems. If this weirds you out don’t install anti cheats like this but sadly this is what you have to do to fight cheaters these days.

Riot is BRICKING cheating hardware that costs up to a grand to buy. DMA cards are hardware devices that plug into your PC and touch memory directly, bypassing the CPU and Windows. Riot is detecting them and destroying them permanently, posting to X to brag about it.

The most insane part is I'm pretty sure this isn't even legal, Riot Games is literally going to be destroying computers (with impunity) even if its a false positive or error, the Vanguard anti-cheat could also be exploited by hackers to brick millions of PCs... this isn't legal.
