5 Questions with today's Featured 6529 Meme Artist @desolalasisi In line with her upcoming meme card drop at 2.40pm utc today, i got in a quick Q&A with the artist: ------------ 1. What got you into the NFT art space? I got myself into the space. I wanted to explore more ways to create, share my art and build a community. Symbolic portraiture 6. Shout-out/acknowledgements to anyone in particular for your upcoming drop? Yes, @ikertjenft @tarainabstract @margaret_ngigi_ for their helpful feedback in finalising the concept of The Loom. And to everyone who voted, shared, and appreciated the piece, a massive thank you. 5 Questions with today's Featured 6529 Meme Artist @moonzoey_zuu In line with her upcoming meme card drop at 2.40pm utc today, i got in a quick Q&A with the artist: ------ What got you into the NFT art space? As an architecture student, I've always been drawn to visual storytelling and design. When I discovered AI art in 2020, it felt like I'd found a new way to bring the ideas in my head to life. NFTs gave those creations a place to exist beyond my screen, where they could be shared, collected, and become part of a community. That's what drew me into the space, and it's the people I've met along the way that have made me stay. Which artists do you admire/are most influenced by? Two artists who have had a big influence on me are @deltasauce and @GrantYun2. DeltaSauce's work showed me that AI art can be deeply emotional and cinematic. I love the way he blends nostalgia, surrealism, and liminal spaces to create images that feel both familiar and dreamlike. His work reminds me that atmosphere can tell a story just as powerfully as a subject. Grant Yun inspires me for a different reason. His ability to communicate so much through simplicity has had a lasting impact on how I think about composition. His minimalist scenes, inspired by everyday places and memories, prove that ordinary moments can carry extraordinary emotion. As an architecture student, I'm naturally drawn to strong composition and visual storytelling, so I find myself inspired by both approaches. While my own work has its own voice, these artists have influenced the way I think about creating images that invite people to pause, reflect, and connect. What are your biggest milestones since entering the space? Creating with AI since 2020 has taken me on a journey I never imagined. Along the way, I've had the opportunity to exhibit my work internationally, including in Paris, New York City, Chicago, Arizona, and Albania. Becoming a Meme Artist with The Memes is another milestone I'll always cherish. More than the recognition itself, it represents persistence, continuous learning, and the support of an incredible community. Every step has shaped me not just as an artist, but as a storyteller. Describe your artistic style in 5 words or less. Internet culture through visual storytelling. Shout-out/acknowledgements to anyone in particular for your upcoming drop? I'd like to thank the entire 6529 community for embracing "YOU ARE THE PRODUCT." This card wouldn't be where it is without the people who believed in it from the beginning. A special thank you to @blocknoob_ for helping me shape the submission, VantekAI for believing in the card from day one, Regulardad for championing it and introducing it to a wider audience, and gpebbles for his incredible support as both a collector and throughout the voting process. I'm also deeply grateful to everyone who voted, shared feedback, and encouraged me along the way. This card became much more than my own work, it became a community effort, and I'll always be thankful for that. ------- Moonzoey's Meme Card "YOU ARE THE PRODUCT" drops at 2.40pm utc today over at 6529io/the-memes/mint. 3/ Artwork Commentary There are no rules. Only freedom and decentralization. It started small, almost quietly. But it grew into something alive — a living manifesto for artists and creators. Its real power is in what it refuses to do. It doesn’t lead, command, or organize anyone. It simply removes the barriers so ideas, voices, and expressions can exist without permission or hierarchy. That openness is what made it resonate. There were no big theories or loud declarations. Just a simple, honest invitation to be free. We live in a world full of rules, expectations, and gatekeepers. So when something appears with no walls and no one in charge, it feels both radical and strangely natural. It doesn’t hand you a template. It just gives you space. Maybe that’s the most powerful thing an artist can do — to step back, let go of control, and trust that freedom will take care of the rest.

We start SZN16 today. We are almost at the end of Epoch 1, with a goal of being fully decentralized by the end of 2026 (stretch goal, but it is our goal) Subscribing to a SZN is the easiest way to participate. You send ETH once, and the whole SZN will be airdropped to a wallet of your choosing. If you need help, @DarrenSRS can assist!

3/ Artwork Commentary SEIXOS (PEBBLES) is the third curation of Domínio PubliCC0, the 6529 gallery operated by @Casa_NUA in São Paulo, Brazil, and the first to present an entire CC0 generative art collection to audiences IRL: the 1,000 Pebbles, created by the artist duo @Ze_Blocks (@Ars0nic and @Cheaterflums) on NextGen, 6529's on-chain generative art platform. Curated by @HugoFaz and Casa NUA, SEIXOS reaffirms Domínio PubliCC0's radical commitment to unrestricted access to culture, to education about art and technology, and to nurturing the creative economy — a reminder that, sometimes, very small stones can move ideas of global scope. This Meme Card celebrates and records on our world computer Pebbles' first IRL exhibit, and is part of Casa NUA's ongoing fundraiser for operating the gallery. Soundtrack composed by @Pandelic, from the upcoming "Formosa - from Cloud to Land" vinyl record. Stay tuned...! The curation is organized as a journey through the "anatomy" of a generative collection, revealing layer by layer what usually stays hidden beneath the surface of the image. It opens by explaining, in plain terms, what generative art is and how it is made. It then moves through the traits that compose each Pebble: twenty palettes with evocative names; five densities of color, from the faintest to the most drenched; seven sizes, from the smallest Craglet to the largest Mountlet; the presence or absence of outlines and borders; the way shapes overlap or stand apart; and the rare special elements that punctuate the set. Finally, it arrives at the question that defines this field: how rarity and value emerge within a collection where every work shares the same code. Along the way, visitors can play with the traits to generate a new unique Pebble of their own and watch the algorithm compose a unique image in real time, standing at the exact point where code becomes art. By the end of the path, they have not only contemplated the thousand versions of these digital pebbles, but grasped the logic of an entire new field of art. A contest aimed at fostering the creative economy will also see a Pebble NFT, donated by ZeBlocks, be awarded to the most creative reuse of the public domain work by local artists, and several fine art prints raffled to visitors onboarded to the 6529 platform.

3/ Artwork Commentary Cerebrum was inspired by the iconic 6529 Brain and the invisible moment when an idea first comes to life. It explores the spark of recognition, the electric pulse of a synapse firing, and the quiet realization that connections are constantly forming beneath the surface of consciousness. Noli oblivisci quid in cerebro sit — Do not forget what is in the brain. Created by Jennifer Panepinto, also known as QuantumSpirit, the work continues her exploration of a signature glitch aesthetic that serves as an emotional language rather than a digital effect. Built with Midjourney AI and Adobe Photoshop, Cerebrum transforms flowers at night into a shifting landscape of fractured light and memory. The layered distortions evoke the restless energy of thought itself, where ideas flicker into existence and perception is never fixed. For Panepinto, the glitch represents the vibrating, fragmented nature of being—a visual expression of a mind that experiences life as overlapping signals, fleeting moments, and endless possibility.
