@menguintux the suit fit well and looked great when I got it. Unfortunately on a week long trip to France the airline lost my luggage so I never got to wear it to the wedding. At least I got my luggage back and was able to return it. Would rent from y’all again.

@menguintux has again shown me that they don’t care about customers but only the $. They have confirmed they should not have charged me the $200 but yet continue to hold my refund due to “needing an update from our fiancé department” It’s been two weeks with no update or progress

@menguintux has the worst customer service. I was charged $200 for a damage return, they agreed I shouldn’t have been charged $200 as it was clearly not my fault. I disputed the charge to my CC as I initially could not get in contact with them,
