Guys I need genuine advice on how to lose weight and even more on how to overcome eating because you're BORED..

@meowsl1ts if theres a sidewalk theres a walking spot even js pacing around ur room can get u to 10k or more (walked 20k in circles last year)

@sprinkleskunk I cleaned a lot for a while especially after moving in with my father but the house is bug infested and my father and uncle just destroy all my progress within minutes so I just feel really unmotivated to lwk

@meowsl1ts cleaning helps keep me distracted and a bonus is that sometimes you'll get grossed out by something and you'll feel too sick yo eat

@deadkit9 tbf I do always feel full after drinking coffee but I was always worried abt the cals

@meowsl1ts Idk try to drink a lot drink tea, hot coffee, i mostly drink like instant coffee caramel it’s like 50 kcal so it’s fine. Or Even make lemonade stuff like fill this body with water grl. Or try to take a big ass walk i mostly do that I hope it’s can work for u

@nearthin yeah this is usually what I try but I have no friends in my new city and I'm still job searching

@meowsl1ts biggest thing for me is keeping busy! get outside, meet with friends, pick up extra shifts at work, do extra study sessions in the library, read, create art! if my hands are busy it can’t stuff things into my mouth

@meowsl1ts go out on a walk when ur bored to pass the time or drink a bunch of water and go on a walk if that doesnt work

@meowsl1ts When you’re bored and want to binge, watch really gross videos of literally anything. What does the trick for me is cleaning something really nasty like toilets, stables, anything that has to do with feces😭

@jcal500 mm fun but summer is when I hate leaving the house before 7 pm bc its so warmmm

@meowsl1ts get a hobby that will get you out of the house and active. for a while (and will likely start again this summer), I did bouldering. and even if I did eat, it was counteracted by the fact I was exercising at least 3-4x days a week + it was just really fun!!

@meowsl1ts i recomend eating high vol low cal food to keep you fuller for longer but to be fair you get used to being hungry

@meowsl1ts For me, right now I have this big pack of custard creams and I put lines with dates, I'm only allowing myself 4 a day if not I'll punish myself by doing something I absolutely hate

@meowsl1ts start having eating windows choose specific times of the day that you can and can’t eat. pick up a hobby or every time i think of eating when it’s not in my windows i’ll chug juice until im so full im sick and i wont want to eat anything
