I care about strangers because the people I love are strangers in the world and I would hope other people would care for them in moments of their life that occur outside of my presence. Not that complicated.

I know this is a joke but they see all this stuff online and it probably hurts their feelings. Making fun of people for something physical isn’t nice and never has been. Just bc you don’t know them and they have some level of notoriety doesn’t mean they’re immune to insecurities.
