I f*cking hate the news. 2 options: - tune out completely - expose yourself to daily panic freak shows So I created an alternative without the noise. It's free because this is one of those things I just want in as many hands as possible. Link below to read the first issue:

Elon Musk is stupid. Is what you'd say if you've never read @WalterIsaacson's biography of his. Seriously, read this book. Life changing.

Burnout isn't real. You only experience burnout when you live a life you shouldn't be living and do nothing about it. Stress is good for you. If you run from it and call it burnout, you're missing the point. Eliminate the bullsh*t work, not the stress. Time off doesn't fix it. Changing your life does.

A single-ingredient based diet means eating mostly whole, unprocessed foods that contain just one ingredient (the food itself). Examples: eggs, steak, salmon, apples, broccoli, almonds, avocado, olive oil, etc. Avoid packaged/processed foods with long ingredient lists full of additives, sugars, and seed oils. It's the "eat real food" approach—simple and effective for health/longevity.

Hot take: most side projects fail at distribution, not product. You didn't build something bad. You built something nobody heard about. Agree?
