@LifeStf @VanMooferNews @VanMoof @VMbikedoctors I am pleased to confirm I visited Battersea and they fixed it immediately - ahead of my appointment which was a month away. Great team in there but the current set up (one shop in the UK) is not going to cut it!! Bike is awesome :)

There’s no phone/ helpline number and no email address to go to with queries. You have to rely on a bot that is totally useless. ONLY option is to go to the ONE shop in London, right?

@VanMoof I waited for 10 months for your S5 bike and it worked for 15 minutes. I now have to wait 1 month to be seen by your only shop in the UK. It does not turn on, nothing works. Unresponsive. Can you explain yourselves?

@merlinvdb @VanMoof @VMbikedoctors probably the other end did the motor support gone all of a sudden? if you try to turn the bike on, it triggers the startup sound but then makes a beep sound, turning the halo rings red? nice photo by the way 🙂

@VanMoof I received my lovely grey S5 last week after 10 months of waiting. I opened it yesterday and took it for a test drive. Was an amazing 15 minutes. After charging it overnight, the bike is now unresponsive. Nothing works. Does not turn on. Really upset and would appreciate a reply.
