@Enezator The Aesthete. I know the cover looks different, but based on her reaction, it's obviously The Aesthete.

@Polandish3 "You know, somebody told me that the worst part about contemporary warfare is the alienation, but I disagree." "You do?" "Yeah, I think it was the warfare."

There are still diamonds in the rough out there, but man you really wouldn't know it unless you went out of your way to find <1000 follower accounts.

This site has suffered severely from the inflation rate of takes, especially bad ones. Can see posters desperately trying to pack wheelbarrows' worth of takes into entire threads, and it still isn't enough to bother engaging with. Cyclical discourse doesn't help.

No civilized society should tolerate graffiti. Graffiti isn't art. Any graffiti 'artist' who aspires to artistry needs to recognize this futility. You like making something nice? Great. Your peers don't. For them it's just territory, like a dog lifting its leg.

its bc it's graffiti. While it's very pretty, it's still tags so the locals tagged over it. There's a whole ruleset for graffiting tagging

Broccoli's been dead for quite a while. Time to put James Bond away. Go back to the books, or period pieces, which Hollywood would ruin anyway.

Only problem is they didn't find much to work with, so they made Bond into a personal character arc story. The Bond movies don't work that well like that. Maybe Spectre and the last one were good, but I doubt it. Skyfall was fine enough, I guess.

I liked most of the first three Craig Bond films. Did not see the other two. Still, even those first three were very careful in depicting Bond as a present-day figure. The stories got convoluted, personal, not at all reflective of the other films.
