5 men acquitted of raping 14-year-old girl because she had passed out from drugs and alcohol. Spanish law says rape only happens when the attacker uses violence or intimidation. She was unconscious, thus they didn't need to intimidate her, the court ruled. bit.ly/2C8OSKN
