What a subtle, but powerful, bit of reframing by @SusanDavid_PhD Instead of saying, “I am X” (angry, sad, jealous, etc.), why not reframe it as “I notice I am feeling X”? This is #EmotionalAgility. Feel what you’re gonna feel … and then let the feeling pass.
