After 6 years, today is my last at Figma It's been an honour to help drive design system best practices, support teams around the globe, talk on stages from Bristol to Bangalore and build Figma's first ever public design system I feel very lucky to have been given a shot

@mrnoncr @raunofreiberg Content can grow, but that won’t affect prefix/suffix alignment or positioning. The goal is to ensure every control follows the same alignment, padding, and spacing rules

@merycodes @raunofreiberg looks good but what's the point? usually components aren't fixed size, like if it says "Date range picker" instead of "Date range" the button gets wider so it won't line up anymore. it's good for a scenario where all components are fixed but idk any scenario like that.

Besides improving the Vercel design system, @raunofreiberg and I are also ensuring spacing relationships stay easy to audit and spot inconsistencies

It is absolutely devastating to announce that after 3 very devoted years, I have been abruptly let go from Clerk. Everyone knows how deeply I loved and championed for Clerk, and I am so absolutely devastated. I’ll be posting more about looking for a new role but this is all I can say right now.. I’m just in shock
