Persona 2 also makes "women can't drive" jokes and uses trans characters as punchlines. The game isn't this progressive masterpiece just because it has a gay romance added SPECIFICALLY to please fujoshi fans. All of these games have questionable shit in them. Call all of it out.

it's one of my fav things about the p2 cast that none of them even comment on it like it's abnormal, it's so refreshing. the only comment that even vaguely resembles that is lisa being a bit like whaaat??? initially but jun's gender is never brought up (except by demons lol)

one of my biggest random fears for a hypothetical p2 remake writing wise would be them letting tatsujun be a thing but putting in some arbitrary homophobic reactions/comments from the party members that never existed in the original.
