1. Talk to people who already have the pain.
2. Build in public, ugly parts too.
3. Show up where they already are.
4. Useful cold DMs.

That’s why ClimbX always keeps a human in the loop.
I’ve lost users because I refuse to automate everything for them.
But fully automated posting is not the way to grow on X.
AI should help. The human should stay in control.

Though the value didn't show up where I expected. Not the code quality. It was that I stopped putting off the boring parts of building. The thing I'm working on just moved faster because I stalled less.

Funny, I ended up one level up from this.
I explain the task to Claude, and Claude runs Codex for me and hands back the output. Codex does the typing,
Claude decides what the work actually is. Feels less like picking one.
