that was one example you idiot. other on going expenses can be in the contract that count against recoupment. studio, beats, wardrobe, etc. you made a statement that said recoupment is ONLY for an advance and that was a FALSE statement. that's it. just admit you were wrong buddy. it's okay. neither of us know his exact deal. Yeah Universal was stupid enough to tie their $400 mil deal termination to album delivery only and no recoupment and no retention period including for back catalogue. Yea they couldn’t have anticipated that basic move from one of the most prolific & successful artists ever. Lol
