India gets 71% of H-1B visas. It is not because they have the best talent, it is because they are the best at fraud and cheating. Fake certifications and degrees are widespread in India. Then they use nepotism from managers already established in the USA to bring in more of their people. Once an Indian gets in a position of hiring authority in an American company, then quickly the Americans are removed and they are replaced with Indians. If H-1Bs were based on talent and skill, the numbers from India would be 1% of the program.

Around 2700 years ago in India, a remarkable woman named Gargi engaged in a debate with Yajnavalkya, a brilliant philosopher.
Yajnavalkya was one of the first to propose that a universal consciousness, or Brahman, underlies all existence - a concept akin to panpsychism today. His profound ideas in the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad helped shape Indian philosophy.
His doctrines of karma and rebirth in the Upanishad are shared by most Indian schools of philosophy and religion since in some form - Samkya, Yoga, Jainism, Buddhism, Advaita, Vishistadvaita, Dvaita, Achintya Bheda Abheda (Hare Krishna school), Sikhism etc.
Gargi is said to have fearlessly challenged Yajnavalkya about the universe, the self, and the nature of reality itself. Her debates, recorded in the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad, highlight her intellectual prowess and the role of women shaping the great Indian philosophy since ancient times.
Today, on Women's Day, I dedicate this celebration to Gargi, often recognized as one of the world’s earliest female philosophers, and other great women like her.
The two recognized as World's earliest women philosohers before her are Maitreyi and Gosha, both from India, about 3000-2800 years ago.
So let's dedicate today's Women's Day to these extraoridnary women from 1000-700 BCE!
