@Marriott @methotels My stay last week at Metropolitan Hotel Vancouver included >18 hours of zero internet connectivity. Got a "Gee we're sorry" from the hotel, which is nice, but deaf ears when I asked for some compensation as I could not work on my laptop. Sub par response imho
