@VerizonSupport Customer over 20 years. Since Nov. I have had to speak/IM 7 different times to fix problems around a simple phone upgrade. Now you say one of our phones wasn't traded in. I've got a UPS tracking code that says it was delivered. Sick of being on hold. Help plz.
