Smithfield Foods announced that it’s shutting down one of its biggest plants until further notice. "438 Smithfield employees have tested positive for COVID-19 and also 107 close contacts of those people have also tested positive," @JackieHendrySD says.

Anyone know anything about cooking pork brisket, whether sous vide, slow cooker, or oven? I have one from my meat share but don't really know what to do with it, recipes are scarce...thinking maybe treat it like pork belly? /cc @petecheslock @kenjilopezalt

@joylydesigns We ran into some structural issues and engineering issues regarding handicap access. No physical work happening, but we have a team of engineers and architects working to resolve the issues.
