I do 2 ginger and turmeric shots a day with 2L of water daily. I hit around 100g of Protein a day and only sugars come from fruits and protein bars. Only liquids is fruit juice with no additives. Whole fruits only. I take ashwaganda, vitamin B/C, magnesium, zinc, biotin, royal jelly and then raw honey with sea salt before gym for pre workout. Then shilajit before sleep so I make sure my test is at max level so I get rock hard in the morning. Haven’t got test levels checked but seems on point I hit 30 pushups easily and 50 squats easily. Max bench PR is 50KG and can pull/push around 16kg on weighted curls/tricep pulldown. Any things i should add on or cut off ?
