@NyakundiReport If you need a safer bank use Stanbic or Co-operative bank of Kenya.
English

Hello Nyakundi,
I am seeking help after KSh 609,000 was withdrawn from my Equity Bank account without my consent and transferred to a National Bank account belonging to an unknown person identified as Titus Kipkoech.
I reported the matter to:
Equity Bank Kakamega Branch
The Police Station
Unfortunately, up to now, no meaningful assistance or feedback has been given. This situation is very painful and worrying. I suspect this could be an inside job or organised fraud, and many innocent Kenyans may be at risk.
I am calling upon:
Relevant authorities, Banking regulators, Investigative agencies, and consumer protection bodies to help me get justice and recover my hard-earned money.

@gpdkaluma Bulshit! Why can’t you walk to work and remove that VAT and make zero.

@SamatarGuleid Ahmed Khalif may Allah have mercy on him

@Honcalebamisi My friend Hon. Caleb instead running around campaigning why don’t you use that energy to look for investors to come to Kitale or rather Tran Zoia to invest there? Your Governor is doing nothing.

@C_NyaKundiH if Migos Ogambo was the Minister of Education in New Zeand he would have been forced to resigned because he’s a failure and failed.

@NewZealandMFA Cut the crap! When USA/Israel attacked innocent school children in Iran did you condemn them? Hypocrisy of the highest order.

New Zealand condemns Iran’s latest attacks on the United Arab Emirates.
Iran’s actions violate the ceasefire and are unhelpful for peace negotiations.
We reiterate the urgent need for de-escalation. Iran must honour its commitment to the ceasefire and respect international law, including the protections afforded to civilians and civilian infrastructure.
We urge Iran to prioritise political agreement on a permanent solution to end this crisis. The conflict will not be resolved through drones and missiles.

Im yet to see any leadership qualities in Pauline Njoroge. I dont see any leadership ability in Babu. I see nothing statesman-like in Sifuna. No visionary traits in Riggy G. Nothing lionhearted in Kalonzo. Zero charisma in Maraga. Nothing formidable in Matiangi. Nothing likeable in Karua. I see no leaders. None. No alternatives. None in policy or none person. And that is why Ruto will win in 2027.

@khisajohn15 @NjeriBt That’s very childish of you. That’s her opinion and I don’t see anything wrong with that.

My deepest condolences to Senator Richard Onyonka and the entire family following the passing of their matriarch, Mama Teresia Nyaboke Omoke.
Mama Teresia was a pillar of strength and grace whose influence will continue to be felt through the family and community she raised. We stand with the people of Kisii in mourning this great loss. May her soul rest in eternal peace, and may the family find the strength to navigate this difficult time.

@ahmednasirlaw Sc I agree with you 100% on the corruption issues in our court.
English

I have said many times that the Court of Appeal is the most reputable court in the country and that JurisPESA judges aren't that many in the court. The other TRUISM is that corruption in our courts is primarily fuelled by a clique of senior lawyers. Read this true story that happened this month...please. A very Senior lawyer told his client that he negotiated with three judges of the Court of Appeal who will hear his appeal to rule in his favour for a bribe of Kshs 100 million. The Senior lawyer told his client that the judges want 50 million upfront and 50 million after delivery of the judgment. The lawyer received the Kshs. 50 million deposit for the judges and went straight to buy a prime farm in Kitale. Judgment day came and the court dismissed the appeal with cost. The client was furious and confronted the Senior lawyer for answers. He asked for an immediate refund for the Kshs 50 million. The lawyer swore to high heavens that he delivered the money but that the judges took a bigger bribe from the opposite party. The lawyer then pleaded with the client, that he has a media strategy and had already assembled few bloggers to scandilise the three judges and force them refund the money he bought the farm in Kitale. This strategy faced an immediate challenge when the newspaper dismissed the allegations as defamatory and refused to go along with the lawyer's plan. The bloggers also refused to go along with Wakili's plans. The client has now give counsel a deadline to get him back his Kshs 50 million or he will escalate the matter to @LawSocietyofKe. Things are elephant for the Senior wakili.

@edwinsifuna Kenyans want to know the direction you are taking them. We now know you are Sifuna but the question people are asking everywhere is are you going to vie for president or Senator? But if you are going to be end up with Rigathi my friend you will be disappointed.
