Consultation fee: fee paid to speak with a lawyer and get legal opinion/advice. Appearance fee: fee paid to have a lawyer show up in court for you. Retainership: fee paid to a lawyer so he can always be on stand by for you. Once you pay this, you can call that lawyer in the night and he'd show up for you. (It's this fee that can make you say boldly "I HAVE A LAWYER" Don't mix them up

Nyakundi Report

Hello Nyakundi, I am seeking help after KSh 609,000 was withdrawn from my Equity Bank account without my consent and transferred to a National Bank account belonging to an unknown person identified as Titus Kipkoech. I reported the matter to: Equity Bank Kakamega Branch The Police Station Unfortunately, up to now, no meaningful assistance or feedback has been given. This situation is very painful and worrying. I suspect this could be an inside job or organised fraud, and many innocent Kenyans may be at risk. I am calling upon: Relevant authorities, Banking regulators, Investigative agencies, and consumer protection bodies to help me get justice and recover my hard-earned money.

The convoy of General Charles Muriu Kahariri moving with 58 vehicles while ordinary Kenyans are struggling with the cost of living raises serious questions about priorities and accountability. Public resources are not personal property. Leadership should reflect restraint, efficiency, and solidarity with citizens, not displays of excess funded by taxpayers. If hospitals lack medicine, schools lack books, and young people lack jobs, then government officials must also be ready to justify every shilling spent on luxury convoys and state displays.

Iran should not hand over uranium. Remember Libya? For the sake of peace in the middle East Iran should obtain Nuclear weapon. Period.

Tell me how this is not abuse of office and reckless wastage of public resources. 32 military and police vehicles escorting one Kenyan politician while ordinary citizens struggle with insecurity, unemployment, poor hospitals, and broken roads. Since when did public servants become kings? Even the President of the United States rarely moves with such exaggerated display of force. Taxpayers are funding luxury convoys while wananchi are told there is “no money” for essential services. State security agencies are meant to protect the nation, not to stage political parades and intimidate citizens. This culture of excess, entitlement, and misuse of public resources must be questioned.

COPS RECOVER AK-47 RIFLE IN LOLGORIAN, HUNT FOR SUSPECT UNDERWAY In a well-coordinated operation, police officers based at Lolgorian Police Station have recovered an AK-47 rifle, cutting short the reign of terror of a syndicate linked to a wave of murders, violent robberies, and burglaries. Acting on intelligence, the officers trailed the suspects to Olakira, where they caught the miscreants red-handed breaking into a local pub and packing assorted alcoholic drinks. On spotting the police, the trio abandoned their loot, hopped onto a standby getaway motorcycle, and sped into the pitch-black night. Determined to bring the suspects to book, the officers gave chase, cornering the thugs at Olkilorit area. Defying orders to surrender, the desperate criminals opened fire on the police, triggering a fierce shootout. The officers responded with calibrated, lethal force, fatally injuring two suspects. However, one suspect managed to escape with gunshot wounds. At the scene, the officers recovered an AK-47 rifle with a magazine loaded with two rounds of ammunition, 2 Maasai swords, a claw hammer, a Red Boxer Motorcycle, assorted alcoholic beverages, and other items. The bodies of the fallen thugs were moved to the Transmara West Sub-County Hospital Level 4 Mortuary for preservation and autopsy, while the recovered items have been secured as exhibits. Meanwhile, officers are pursuing crucial leads to trail and apprehend the suspect who escaped with gunshot wounds. This operation underscores the National Police Service’s commitment to smoke out armed criminal gangs through intelligence-led operations across the country. #FichuaKwaDCI.
