If you drop them off first, you cannot park in a blue badge bay; the badge holder must be present when the car is parked.

This "Blue Badge" holder, regularly parks on Windsor Road, Ealing for the whole day. However, there is a slight problem. He is not 67 years old which is the age of the holder of the permit. @EalingCouncil might want to look into this. Or not...
