@MinuteClinic I drove 30 mins for a tb test and the NP scheduled my second visit for me, saying it needed to be within 48 to 72 hours. I went for the appointment today and was told the nurse wasn’t there and my appointment had been canceled. This is infuriating.

For too many times to count, Cigna has once again sent my reimbursement check to the provider and not me. I would like a senior person from Cigna to contact me immediately else I will take further action. I will NOT email/call the ma so please don’t request that I do so.

@Cigna I have waited four months for a check to be reissued to me that was erroneously issued to my provider. Cigna epresentatives tell me that if not received after 30 days, a new request needs to be made. How do I escalate this?
