@ThreeUKSupport I am not abroad now, I am in London. I have tried both automatic and manually selecting the 3 network. Neither makes a difference, my messages to iPhone users are being sent as sms and not iMessage

@mgasca To check your network provider abroad, if you go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Network. By default, Automatic is selected. Turn off the Automatic option. You will see a list of available carriers below the screen. Select one carrier from the list. -Sammie

@ThreeUKSupport having issues with sending iMessages on 3 network for weeks now. Live chat isn’t working at all and can’t get ahold of an agent on the phone. How can I have this addressed?

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply. I’m having this problem sending messages to all iPhones. Not new to the network. I think it started happening after returning from a trip to Greece. Was using roaming there in case it’s connected.
