The metrics-focused nature of marketing, when applied to relationship building of community teams, often falls flat. At the same time, marketing might rightly say it's hard to connect hugs and happiness to growth. Yet, I think Community and Marketing teams can be friends:

It's been 14 years since I graduated, and I've just paid off my last student loan. 🎉🎊🎈 I will not be doing the math for you on how much those loans actually cost us. My wife still has plenty to go so we're not out of the woods yet.
