For this MS, super post-doc Hiroshi Tanaka chose to manipulate nucleosome stability and assess impact on cell identity, resilience and aging. The data support that idea that nucleosome stability promotes phenotypic maintenance and healthy aging. biorxiv.org/cgi/content/sh…
