Good morning from Méribel, cracking conditions again today.

There’s one hell of a stiff breeze going on outside in Méribel Town tonight. Grateful for the log burner and a comfy bed. Night night all.

It was my fifth and final day skiing with Bonnie, Jennifer and Jeff from New York today. I can't believe how many Americans are skiing here in the 3 Valleys now, and we kept bumping into loads each day! #meribel #3valleys

It’s lovely seeing Méribel Town with a fresh dusting of snow this evening. Tomorrow should be very nice indeed.

Good morning from Méribel. Currently waiting at Chaudanne for my 7 year old beginner from Romania to arrive.

@verlagmeyer Erm, which it was a chalet, just an apartment for me! Not quite ski in ski out, about a three minute walk, so very lucky.

@mh2ski Nice spot. Can you ski-back-to-chalet as well as ski-away-from-chalet ?

Looks like the final morning of light snow of this extended storm cycle. Reduced ski lift opening for the 5th day in a row. Here’s the view from my kitchen window this morning.

@beachstroller99 Don’t know about VT. But all of the high lifts in Méribel have mostly remained closed. I’m sure there were closures over there due to very high avalanche risk as well,

@mh2ski Hi Martin I’ve seen posts in here saying VT completely closed for second day in row is that so ?

I'm going into Code Mode today with the 'Piste du Jour'. It was C..........., a wonderfully quiet red piste above Méribel. With the very heavy snowfall, and huge crowds on the lower mountain, was dead chuffed with sniffing out this winner. Laura and I skied it twice this morning.
