@mayurshetty01 Yes RBI employees would profit the maximum who get petrol allowances on declaration without producing bills towards purchase of petrol.The allowances are paid to those who do not have vehicle also.

Going by the traffic on WEH and the empty BEST buses, I think petrol rates in Mumbai should be increased to Rs 100.

@NDTVProfit RBI officials happy with petrol price rise since they get petrol allowances on declaration and need not use their vehicles to travel office or produce proof of purchase of petrol. Those employees who do not have vehicle also get petrol allowances.
