I can absolutely 100% confirm the Lallys did not push AW out. They could have and probably should have (for reasons that are not public) but AW earned that on his own. It's too bad because you're right- the school needs all the donors they can get. They know that too, so for them to make a stance it had to be warranted.

I’ve been to Syracuse. Middle of nowhere. Play in a 🏈 stadium they w never come close to filling post Boeheim. Left the Big East & have been getting 🥾 to ass from the big boys in the ACC ever since. For all the talk, Jim won 1 in 47 years! To compare the job to PC is laughable.

I take zero joy in seeing Red very clearly discouraged and hopeless. I wanted him to be the guy from Day 1. Even going into this season, with already believing he wasn’t the guy, I wanted to be proven wrong. Seems like a good guy, but unfortunately, he couldn’t get the job done.
