@Airbnb Last note: the fact the @AirBNB host said “I’ll get you a refund” and then immediately lodged a complaint against us tells me this isn’t the first time he’s done this. Changing listing location just for @DragonCon is scammy too, tho I can't prove that happened. #airbnbust

@Airbnb Final @airbnbust post: WHY WOULD WE STAGE IT?! Had to pay MORE for hotel. Almost got stranded. Plane/train/bus/walk to get there. So fun! Catch a live roach? Bleed on light switches? Mold the walls? No proof from host. Just why?! Shame on you, @AirBNB & @GENERALI. part 12/12

@Airbnb Worse? I HAD @AirBNB TRIP INSURANCE! It doesn't cover this! (@GENERALI was insurer. You suck.) So ZERO recourse for customers when they have an #airbnbust, even when we have photos, time stamps, insurance, and manners! WTF? And yes, the listing had 4.67 stars. part 10/?
