As we edge closer to the first home game of the new season 🐯 I may play only a small role within the club, but having seen firsthand the hard work that’s taken place — both on and off the field — over the winter, I can honestly say how incredibly proud I am of our club. Over the years, and rightly so, we’ve been criticised for not investing and not progressing with the times. But under Martin, that has changed. We’re thinking forward. We’re challenging what we have and making it better. The new training pitch is nearly complete, and on Sunday you’ll see the transformation around the stadium. And personally, seeing our new crest unveiled is a really proud moment for me. We still have a long way to go — but we are on the way.
