@DrMarianaClaire @BritishGas We have a 3 bed semi and we only spend £120 per month and I reckon we are slightly overpaying.

Today I had people from @BritishGas knocking on my door to see if I would change to them or change tariffs for a better deal. I told them I am already with British Gas and there is no way they could better my current monthly use. I told the guy we use around £70-£80 a month on electricity, and around £40 a month on Gas. The BG guy said that is impossible on a 3-bed house, so I showed him my statement. He didn't have much to say after that.

If they do this who will collect taxes, who mans the borders, who staffs the courts, who manages education & social care etc
