Playing pickup with friends gets more meaningful every year. Today one of them collapsed, his heart stopped mid game. You don’t know when time’s up. Stop wasting it. Be someone your 8 year old self would be proud of. Nothing else matters.

My wife quit her job and made us $1 million. Not in revenue. In tax savings. The IRS has a designation that lets a stay-at-home spouse use real estate depreciation to wipe out your entire W-2 tax bill.  If you own a short-term rental, you don't even need that status… And you both can still work your W2 jobs... You just need to work 100+ hours a year on your properties and more than anyone else. That's less than 2 hours a week. We used this strategy to save over $1 million in taxes last year.  The tax code rewards asset owners.  Most people just never learn the rules. Comment TAX and I'll send you a full breakdown of how it works.

In my view, the best resource is time/experience studying long term chart structure. I'm self taught so it's hard to recommend resources. I've taken bits of knowledge from different places over the years, but I don't remember exactly where each bit came from. It's certainly good to know widely known patterns such as the cup and handle and head and shoulders, and inverse of each, bear flags, bull flags, etc. Good to know what a "hammer" or a bullish or bearish engulfing is when it comes to candles. Know that monthly candles are more reliable than weekly candles, and weekly are more reliable than daily, etc.. You can find candle meanings and chart pattern formations very easily if you search the web. It's important to know that patterns can be negated. In fact some of the biggest moves come from negated patterns. For example if a big obvious head and shoulders fails (is negated) that can lead to a powerful move to the upside. Nothing beats screen time though, training your mind, studying what happens before big moves occur. Always approach a chart from a zoomed out lens though to see the big picture, the big pattern. That's where the real power is imo, and you'll increase your chances of finding serious and sustained moves.

A lot of folks are worried that the market has gotten too extended, and while there are many of names that have gotten ahead of themselves, there are still many stocks that are just getting started, if you zoom out. These completed April monthly candles will tell us a lot about who the next set of leaders are likely to be, and I'm already looking forward to scanning monthly charts on Thursday evening.

THE US funeral industry made $75 BILLION last year selling grief at markup The average funeral costs $10,000. The average casket costs $2,500 to the family and $400 to the funeral home. The "embalming fee" is $800 for a process that costs $50 in chemicals. The "facility usage" charge is $500 for a room you sit in for 45 minutes 3.1 million Americans died last year. Every single one left behind a family that needed to buy things immediately while their brain was barely functioning from grief And the affiliate opportunity buried inside this industry is something I've never seen anyone talk about When someone dies, the surviving family enters a 90-day purchasing sprint that looks like this: Funeral and cremation services ($3,000-$15,000) Memorial products: urns, headstones, keepsakes ($200-$5,000) Estate planning and legal services ($1,000-$5,000) Grief counseling and therapy ($150-$300/session for months) Life insurance claim navigation Financial restructuring (new budgets, account changes) Home downsizing or renovation (if the deceased was a spouse) Health supplements for grief symptoms (sleep, anxiety, appetite) Total spending per death in the family: $15,000-$50,000+ across multiple categories over 6-12 months Every single one of these purchases is made under extreme emotional distress. Zero price comparison. Zero coupon hunting. The buying behavior mirrors the caregiver and chronic pain demographics but w even HIGHER urgency bc there's a literal deadline on most of these decisions The Facebook groups: "Grief Support" 600K+ members "Widow/Widower Support" 300K+ members "Loss of a Parent" 250K+ members Someone posts "I just lost my mom and I can't function" and within hours the thread is full of product recommendations for grief journals, sleep supplements, therapy apps, memorial gifts The people in these groups buy w zero hesitation bc the recommendation comes from someone who understands their exact pain. That's the trust transfer that no ad can replicate An AI character positioned as someone who lost a parent and shares what helped them heal. Calm tone. Gentle energy. Posts daily about grief recovery, sleep tips, supplements for anxiety, journaling, memorial ideas This character would build trust faster than almost any other archetype bc grief audiences bond intensely w anyone who demonstrates shared experience Same tools. Same $60/month. Same workflow Except the audience is spending $15,000-$50,000 per event and the return rate is basically 0% bc you don't return a memorial urn and you don't cancel grief therapy $75 billion industry. 3.1 million deaths per year. Every death creates a family that spends aggressively for 6-12 months. Massive Facebook groups where people beg for product recommendations. Zero competition from AI creators Nobody wants to touch death bc it's uncomfortable That's the entire moat DM me "ap3x" if you want to learn how to build AI pages for demographics nobody else will serve. 1 on 1 w the operators behind $12M+ in tracked commissions.

Today I increased cash position in my activly traded account to 50%. What a great few weeks it's been! The hope is buying futures dips over the next couple months, but since I'm so cash heavy it'll probably keep going vertical another 20%. $SPY $QQQ $VIX

55 years old. Single-digit body fat. Year-round. 25+ years of self-experimentation. RETATRUTIDE, BPC-157, RECOMBINANT FOLLISTATIN, and more. This is my exact optimization stack. Every compound, every dose, and why it made the cut: 1. TESTOSTERONE TESTOSTERONE is the foundation. • I take 60mg of TESTOSTERONE CYPIONATE three times a week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. No exceptions. • Muscle, mood, libido, body composition. It drives all of it. • Every peptide I use sits on top of this base. Without it, nothing else works right. 2. RETATRUTIDE RETATRUTIDE is the most powerful fat loss compound available right now. Most weight loss drugs target one receptor. This one targets three: • GLP-1 for appetite suppression. • GIP for fat clearance. • GLUCAGON for metabolic rate. No other compound hits all three. I take 0.20mg 2-3x per week. In Phase 1 trials, RETATRUTIDE led to 8.96 kg of weight loss in 12 weeks. • TIRZEPATIDE took 40 weeks to hit similar numbers. And the majority of weight lost was pure fat, not muscle. That's why it's my top pick for body composition. 3. SS-31 SS-31 is the compound nobody talks about that makes everything else work harder. • It targets the inner mitochondrial membrane and binds to cardiolipin. • It prevents oxidative damage and boosts ATP production. • One biochemist told me it's the ATP equivalent of 6 months of endurance training in a single injection. • I take 300mcg every morning. I've been hearing that higher doses (5-15mg daily) are even more effective. 4. BPC-157 + TB-500 For recovery, I use BPC-157 and TB-500. I call it the Wolverine Stack. • BPC-157 heals by forming new blood vessels. • TB-500 repairs tissue by building actin protein. • Together they accelerate healing beyond what either does alone. • If you train hard and you're over 30, you need both of these stocked at home. 5. TESAMORELIN + IPAMORELIN TESAMORELIN and IPAMORELIN are my go-to growth hormone peptides. • TESAMORELIN is a GHRH that mimics 1-2 IU's of HGH. I take 1-2mg every night before bed. Best for men to burn through belly fat. • IPAMORELIN amplifies natural GH pulses and counteracts somatostatin. Best for women. Together they're synergistic. 6. MELANOTAN 1 Most people think MELANOTAN 1 is just for tanning. • It's actually a synthetic analog of alpha-MSH that enhances DNA repair, reduces inflammation, and boosts your body's antioxidant defenses. • I take 0.25mg daily for skin protection and consciousness enhancement. This one is seriously underrated. 7. THYMOSIN ALPHA-1 THYMOSIN ALPHA-1 is my immune system backbone. • It strengthens your body's first line of defense by boosting key immune signaling. • Research shows it enhances anti-tumor immunity with minimal toxicity. • In a world full of immune stressors, this is non-negotiable. 8. RECOMBINANT FOLLISTATIN At 55, I'm the biggest and leanest I've ever been. • Inconsistent training. • Travel chaos and suboptimal sleep. • Still gained measurable muscle while getting leaner. The reason? RECOMBINANT FOLLISTATIN. It inhibits myostatin. The protein your body produces to stop muscle growth. Old follistatin failed. It broke down in 1-2 hours and caused dangerous off-target effects. RECOMBINANT FOLLISTATIN only targets myostatin. • It increases muscle mass AND strength. • Prevents muscle loss during caloric deficit. • If you're on a GLP-1 and worried about going skinny-fat, this is the answer. Why this many compounds? Because the healthcare system is designed to manage your decline. I'm not managing decline. I'm engineering peak performance at 55. That's what fully optimized living means. I put together a free Peptide Cheat Sheet breaking down every compound and protocol you MUST know. Comment ’CHEATSHEET’ for the direct link in your DMs. I will DM you

#Bitcoin has rebounded from the lower trend line of the channel on the weekly close. From here, my primary scenario remains a move toward the upper boundary of the channel, completing wave (5) of ⑤.... ...completing the bull market which started in 2009.

I’ve been thinking about sharing two things lately. First, a list of the loud contrarian influencers I’ve been quietly following — the ones who have been wrong far more often than right over the past 4 years. But then I realized… why create enemies when I can create value instead? So instead, I’ve decided to share something much more useful: a carefully selected list of influencers who have consistently been accurate in both trading and investing during the same period. I’m still putting the final list together (it takes time to review properly), but I’ll share it very soon. If you’re tired of wasting time filtering through noise and want to follow people who have actually been right, stay tuned — this one should save you a lot of time and headaches! Any thoughts?
