My mid life re-org is officially complete, and it required some big changes: 1. I’m stepping down as a CMO for a little while. I built a great new internal team at Adapt, and I’m sticking around to hire & onboard my replacement, so I’m confident they can continue to cruise on without me. 2. I want to spend my time working on the part of ecom marketing that I first fell in love with, the part that I’ve gotten really good at, and the part that I’ve seen as a CMO drive more incremental, profitable revenue for Adapt, Original Grain, and every other brand I’ve done it for than any other tactic: that’s my approach to performance copywriting & creative strategy. I’m now accepting clients who are spending more than $250k/mo on ads and are ready to start leveling up their messaging & performance creative starting on June 1st, hmu if you want to learn more. (my past employer has already signed up to be my first client, and I’m capping my client roster for the summer, so DM me if you want to be one of the next 2.) 3. I’m finally building a brand that I own 100% of. Shootin’ Doubles is on pace for its first $100k month, so I’m pumped to dig into that and will use all the money I make copywriting to continue to bootstrap this thing! But as y’all know, physical product companies are super cash intensive, so I need client work still lol. It’s scary venturing out on my own, but I’m very excited to write this new chapter📈

2/ YOUR #1 KPI MIGHT NOT BE REVENUE Bobbie's top metric? Trust. Not ROAS. Not CAC. Trust. "If you don't trust a baby formula company, you're not going to purchase their product to feed your baby." They measure it obsessively — benchmarking against competitors and the industry. When trust is high, you earn PERMISSION to do bold campaigns, wild partnerships, and playful brand moments. Without it, you're wasting your money.
